I’m excited to finally share something I’ve been working on: Peak Season. It’s the place where I’m bringing together my two biggest passions—running and health coaching. I’ve been on both sides of the coaching relationship, and I know how much having the right support can change not just your training, but your whole outlook on life. My goal with Peak Season is simple: to help people perform better, feel better, and navigate life’s transitions with more energy and confidence.
Here’s what that looks like. On the running side, I offer personalized coaching for athletes who want structure, accountability, and a plan that actually fits their life. I’ll design training through TrainingPeaks, but more importantly, I’ll help you understand the why behind your workouts so you can line up on race day ready and confident. On the health side, I work with people—often in the busy midlife season—who want to dial in things like stress, sleep, and nutrition. It’s not about quick fixes or perfection. It’s about building habits that stick, and finding a rhythm that actually works for you.
What ties it all together is the belief that growth comes from balance: pushing yourself when it matters, but also learning when to recover, reset, and keep perspective. I’ve seen how powerful coaching can be for creating lasting change, whether it’s chasing a PR, getting healthier, or just feeling more in control of your days. That’s what Peak Season is here for.
I’ll be sharing more about training, health, and this new adventure as it unfolds, and I’d love for you to follow along. You can find me on Instagram and LinkedIn, where I’ll be posting tips, stories, and inspiration to keep you moving forward. This is just the start—I hope you’ll join me in building something meaningful.
