At Peak Season, I help people feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to what matters—whether you're chasing a new personal record or navigating a major life transition.

I offer two distinct but complementary services:

Whether you’re training for your first 5K, aiming to PR at your next marathon, or getting back into running after a break, I create custom plans to meet you where you are—and take you where you want to go.

You’ll get:

  • Personalized training plans delivered through TrainingPeaks - built out weekly to dial in exactly what you need based on where you are (no cookie-cutters here)

  • Weekly calls. Unlimited text check-ins.

  • Data-informed feedback and strategy

  • A real person in your corner when motivation dips or life gets busy - ready to make adjustments so you can stop second-guessing yourself

  • Smart programming that balances effort, recovery, and joy


I’ve raced everything from 5Ks to 50Ks and I’ve coached runners of all levels. I know that peak performance isn’t just about pushing harder—it’s about training smarter and tuning into your body’s rhythms.

You don’t need another app, quick-fix diet, or vague piece of advice.

You need someone who sees the whole you—and helps you build a plan that sticks.

Health coaching at Peak Season is for people navigating change and craving better energy, focus, sleep, and confidence in their bodies. Many of my clients are in midlife, managing transitions like perimenopause or burnout, or facing challenges like stress, disordered eating, or pre-diabetes.

We’ll work together to:

  • Clarify what health means for you

  • Create a step-by-step plan rooted in evidence, not trends

  • Troubleshoot real-life obstacles (travel, stress, busy family life)

  • Stay accountable without shame or perfectionism


You’ll feel heard, supported, and energized to make progress in a way that feels good—and lasts.

WHY BOTH? 

You don’t have to be a runner to work with me—and you don’t have to be focused on weight loss or wellness  to benefit from a coach.

Running coaching and health coaching are two separate tracks at Peak Season, but they share one thing in common: they help people feel more alive in their own skin.

Some clients work with me only on running. Others only on health and lifestyle goals. And some find that both paths work together—building physical strength and mental clarity at the same time.

Whatever path you choose, I bring decades of experience, deep listening, and relentless belief in your potential.
